CA 12 November 1997. Dispute over boundary. Fields separated by hedge and ditch on plaintiff side. Defendant removed hedge and erected post and wire fence along side of ditch. A alleged trespass, seeking relief. I contended that hedge was planted on soil dumped from the ditch on to his land. Whether hedge and ditch presumption prevailed over deed of conveyance delineated by reference to Ordnance Survey map. I appealed. Appeal dismissed.
