Craske and others v Norfolk CC LT 16 January 1991 upheld the principle that Lands Tribunal awards are final and binding on the parties concerned subject only to the slip rule under Arbitration Act 1950 s17 which can be applied to correct any clerical error arising from an accidental omission. It cannot however be applied to any oversight in producing evidence.
