"Dolgellau Golf Club v Hett" CA 3 April 1998. Tenant D, operated a 9-hole golf course. Landlord H obtained planning permission for adjoining land. D applied to renew lease. H opposed renewal under Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 s30(1)(g) to occupy land and develop an 18-hole golf course. Dicussed whether the trial judge had taken into consideration factors adverse to H`s case. The appeal was dismissed.
