CA 23 April 1998. A lease is not determined by the issue of a writ for forfeiture and possession. The power of the County Court to grant relief from forfeiture is no different from the power vested in the High Court, and all arrears of rent outstanding at the date of making the order may be required to be paid as a condition of the giving of relief.
