Three new property investment vehicles Property Income Certificates ( PINCs ), Single Asset Property Companies ( SAPCOs ) and Single Property Owned Trusts ( SPOTs ) are expected to be launched in 1987. Also established unauthorised property unit trusts may seek to become authorised and open to all. This article analyses whether capital values of investment properties will be affected adversely or otherwise by these developments.
