"Creska Ltd v Hammersmith and Fulham London BC", 12 June 1998. Tenant`s covenant to repair. Under-floor heating system needed repair. Whether tenants entitled to replace the system with storage heaters or whether had to maintain the existing under-floor installation. The plaintiff landlord appealed contending that the clause meant what it said. Appeal allowed.
