Council gives land for leisure site

Council gives land for leisure site - 1998 - Financial Times 26/27 September 1998, 20(1) .

Property company, CLS Holdings has signed an agreement with Lambeth Council to develop a 1.5m sq ft site as a retail and leisure project. The council will donate most of the land but will receive a share of the completed project`s profits.
