CA 28 February 1995. The plaintiff purchased the unexpired 63-year term of leasehold premises. The plaintiff alleged the defendant solicitors did not advise him that the lease had been extended under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967, allowing no further extension under that act. The plaintiff`s appeal against the decision that this claim was statute-barred, was dismissed.
