The costs provisions of the Arbitration Act 1996 - 1998 - Arbitration 64(4) November 1998, 300-303(4) .
Sections 59 to 65 of the Arbitration Act 1996 cover the costs in arbitration and provide for how they should be assessed and allocated between the parties. Consideration is given to the discretion of the tribunal, the parties` agreement to allocation of recoverable costs, determination of costs, and indemnity costs.
