In "Elvidge v Coventry CC" CA 16 July 1993, upheld CC`s decision that the tenant (E) was not a secure tenant at the relevant date. E forfeited his entitlement to exercise a right to buy under Housing Act 1985 s118 because of a change in conditions of employment.
