"Satnam Investments Ltd v Dunlop Heywood & Co Ltd and others" CA 21 December 1998. Plaintiff acquired development site and instructed a surveyor. Plaintiff then went into receivership and the surveyor informed a third party about the site. At issue was whether surveyor owed plaintiff fiduciary duty. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal allowed.
