Argues that the agricultural property market is cyclical, and that well-timed trading can enhance investment performance. In fact, over the period 1992-1997, let agricultural land performed better than commercial property, equities and gilts. Suggests that in certain markets, such as dairy, there will be purchasing opportunities during the next two years.
