Government is likely to amend the Pensions Bill to protect the liability of pension fund trustees for the actions of property fund managers. The minimum funding requirement, however, will still cause a reduction in commercial property holdings by pension funds, highlighted by a Gallup survey commissioned by Richard Ellis.
