30 March 1987. This was a pre-trial review under Rule 45A of the Lands Tribunal Rules in respect of an appeal against the determination by the IRC of the value of certain properties on an estate. Application under Rules 40 and 45 of the Rules was made by the appellant, Mr Kingsley, immediately prior to the date of the hearing for the appeal, and a pre-trial review was ordered. The DV made certain submissions as to the value of the properties and the appellant requested extensive details from the DV`s records, subsequently modified at the pre-trial review. Appellant ordered to supply the registrar with valuation and comparables within 28 days, and any supporting literature within 58 days. Both parties were directed to deliver to the registrar a statement of agreed facts, the facts in dispute and the issues to be tried before the tribunal.
