Third parties get new rights - 1999 - Planning (for the Natural and Built Environment) 5 March 1999, 9(1) .

Clause 1 of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Bill currently going through Parliament will give third parties the right to enforce contractual terms which are expressed to be for their benefit, even though they were not party to the contract itself.
