The Housing Corporation is urging registered social landlords (RSLs) to adopt its Best Value framework. The housing association sector's performance has continued to decline, and the agency warns that it will incorporate Best Value into regulation if standards fall over the next 18 months and RSLs have not voluntarily adopted the regime.
