Holdom v Kidd and others CA October 1990 concerned an appeal by the defendants against an interlocutory injunction being granted to restrain the defendants to stop using land for residential purposes which was covered by a restrictive covenant restricting its use for agricultural purposes only as defined in Town and Country Planning Act 1990 s262 . Appeal dismissed.
