CIB project pact to improve performance - 1999 - Contract Journal 31 March 1999, 4(1) .

The Construction Industry Board (CIB) is to launch a slimmed down version of partnering aimed at smaller construction companies. Project Pact is a mutual agreement between clients and suppliers to improve performance. It is currently being tested and the scheme should be launched on 25 May 1999. It has been endorsed by government clients but the Constructors Liaison Group (CLG) has reservations.
