DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald's report on Dublin at the end of 1998 says that available office space is at a ten year low of 46,000sqm, a vacancy rate of 3%. In 1998 194,000sqm of office space was taken up, and 130,000sqm built. The size of the market has grown to 1.5m sqm, and is still largely dominated by the financial and information technology sectors. The prime market rents now average E300-341. Table & chart.
