A report of the case Tudor v Hamid and Others CA 21 November 1986 in which it was held that where a vendor`s solicitor holds the purchase price of land as a stakeholder and not as an agent , he is entitled to release it to the vendor when the vendor has fully performed his obligation to assign the property.
