LT 21 August 1998. Properties at Frenchay, Hambrook and Downend. The LT issued a interim decision awarding compensation under Land Compensation Act 1973 part I. The question of costs in two matters remained in dispute: whether or not the council were liable to pay surveyors' fees, and how costs of the references should be borne. Held, the claims for the costs of the references failed, but 90% of Rydes Scale fees were payable with out of pocket expenses prior to the references.
