Considers the hedge and ditch presumption with reference to Alan Wibberley v Insley, a case where the HL reversed a CA decision, and held that even where the conveyance is framed with reference to the Ordnance Survey map, the hedge and ditch presumption still applies. Suggests that in the future there may be more emphasis on the title deeds of the person claiming possession, and less attention paid to those of the person in possession.
