In the first use by English Heritage of an Emergency Repairs Notice , the owners of a Grade 1 listed building , Revesby Abbey in Lincolnshire , will receive a 90,000 bill for compulsory repairs from the Government funded body, who has sent in its own team to carry out repairs.
