LT 26 September 1994. The appellant landlord contended that no 6 Palmeira Square was a separate building from nos 2-5 so that an insufficient number of qualifying tenants were party to the purchase notice and secondly that in the determination of the purchase price reductions for the lease of part of the basement and for repairs specified in statutory notices were wrongly made. Held that the identity of the property should have been settled at the cc not the LVT or LT. Purchase price determined.
