Montross Associated Investments SA v Mousaieff and another ChD 25 June 1990. The plaintiff lessors claimed that the tenant was in breach of the user covenant , which allowed the premises to be used for the retail of jewellery, since the jewellery shop was in fact in another location and the demised premises were used as an office in connection with the jewellery business. The claim was dismissed.
