Buildings insurance for leaseholders - 1995 - Independent 18 February 1995, 40(1) .

Leaseholders were forced by landlord, Sinclair Gardens Investments, to take out buildings insurance with an insurance company owned by the landlord even though the premium was higher than with the previous insurance company. The leaseholders have lost their case against the landlord, because of the wording of the lease.
