The effects of adjudication.

Brewer, G.

The effects of adjudication. - 1999 - Contract Journal 399(6232) 30 June 1999, 22(1) .

Considers the effect of an interim assessment by an adjudicator on subsequent assessments, and the case " Odebrecht Oil and Gas v North Sea Production Company" which dealt with the issue. Concludes that parties are not usually entitled to a re-adjudication of rights and obligations following an adjudication, although an adjudicator can take all relevant issues freshly into account in later interim assessments.
