LT 21 May 1999. Appellant landlord (S) was the freehold owner of a house. Tenant served notice of enfranchisement under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 and LT determined the price at £1,935. Tenant then applied to LVT for determination of Landlord's costs which were determined at £200. S appealed. Held LT had no jurisdiction to determine the appeal.
