LT 20 May 1999. Appeals by the ratepayers against the decision of the London (North West) Valuation Tribunal determining the assessment of four shops. Held that the assessments were confirmed because they were supported by the rents of comparables and that the VO was correct to take into account the fact that the initial rents of the comparables were agreed on the basis of substantial increases after the first year.
