"Craven (Builders) Ltd v SoS Health" ChD 28 October 1999. Concerned an old industrial building which was left in a state of disrepair when the tenant gave up possession. Disagreement over the price that a willing buyer would have paid had the building been in good repair. "Held" that the landlord shoudl receive £40,000 in damages.
