The Sustainable Construction Focus Group has met at the start of its 12 month action plan, which has three aims: to pool information from current sustainability initiatives in construction; to act as and interface between these initiatives and the Movement for Innovation's demonstration projects; and to explore the root cause of the 'vicious circle' whereby all members of the construction supply chain blame each other for not encouraging sustainable development.
