A Bromley firm of solicitors is to launch the first residential sellers' packs in a joint venture with a residential estate agency. The packs will include title, property information, local searches, a buyer's survey, mortgage certificate, contract and draft transfer. They claim the average time for exchange of contracts could be cut from 10 weeks to 9 working days.
