Draft regional planning guidance reveals that Yorkshire and Humberside will struggle to meet Government's target of building 60% of new homes on brownfield sites, 49% of the 251,700 additional homes needed can be achieved. The guidance is the first to be published in tandem with the draft economic strategy for the region.
