The National Association of Estate Agents faces a big decision after its national referendum on whether the Ombudsman Scheme should be made mandatory to qualifying members. The result was 'yes' but by only a narrow margin of 2,715 votes to 2,342. The main split was between more than 67% of employees who voted for, and 57.51% of employers who voted against.
