Reviews the activities of the North Housing Association which has raised 65m in the City by way of loan stock packages placed with financial institutions by stockbroker James Capel and Co . The packages are now marketable through a listing on the Stock Exchange . Describes the role of the Private Finance Unit (PFU), an advisory service which has been set up for the use of housing associations to give guidance on funding options.
