Caution over safety - 1999 - Herald 18 November 1999, 30(1) .

An amendment to the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997, to come into effect on 1 December, will push responsibility for fire safety in commercial buildings more firmly towards the owners and occupiers, rather than the fire authority.
