Letting activity in the City slowed in 2Q 1999 due to a lack of pre-letting deals. Richard Ellis St Quintin latest report shows the figure for total City lettings was down from 76,380 sq m (822,100 sq ft) to 71,900 sq m (773,900 sq ft).
