An independent report by Deutsche Bank warns that house prices in Britain will rise by almost a third by the end of next year unless the Bank of England raises interest rates sharply. The report predicts that prices could rise by another 30% over the next sixteen months if the Bank does not implement rate rises of at least 6.5%.
