Jones Lang LaSalle's Retail OSCAR analysis shows that shopping centre service charges have risen by 3.75% in the last 12 months. A typical shopping centre tenant is now paying £32.83 per sq m, compared with £31.65 per sq m last year.Wage inflation is the main factor of the increase.
