In reaction to government plans for sellers surveys, the RICS, ISVA and National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) are developing a new type of condition report. The RICS and ISVA are also to launch an accreditation scheme for surveyors and valuers working in the housing market, to be known as SAVA (Surveyors and Valuers Accreditation).
