James Morrell Associates predicts that housebuilding in England is likely to fall short of government targets by more than 700,000 units over the next decade in its annual study of the UK housing market. Housebuilding in the UK is forecast to increase by 2%pa over the next 10 years and the average price of bulk land is expected to rise by 7%pa.
