The Deputy Prime Minister has announced investment in transport of £80bn over the next ten years, and unveiled the projects which he would like to see introduced, including a 'Transport Direct' telephone service offering advice on all types of transport, a universal ticket, covering all transport modes, and new bus and rail fleets.
