Holder and others v APC Supperstone and others. ChD 30 November 1999. The claimants (H) obtained a money judgement against the freeholder of flats of which they were the leaseholders, for breaches of covenant. The freeholder was subsequently declared bankrupt and H engaged in third party litigation which was ultimately successful. H sought the costs of this litigation from the freeholder's trustee in bankruptcy. "Held" for the claimants.
