"R v SoS Environment, Transport and the Regions, ex parte Premiere Environment Ltd". QBD 24 January 2000. The applicant was carrying out waste treatment and disposal under licence, however the licence was suspended by the Environment Agency on the grounds that the process would cause serious pollution or threat to health. the issue was whether the notice was in line with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 s38(12). "Held" appeals dismissed.
