Technology and Construction Court 27 January 2000. A five-storey office building, Enterprise House in New Barnet was let on a long full-repairing lease. The question of terminal dilapidations arose and whether the defendant tenant G was required to replace old heating system. G argued, with reference to Landlord and Tenant Act 1927 S18(1) that disrepair had not caused diminution in value of reversion. Held, the landlord had failed to establish loss.
