Appellants both owners of land near Shrewsbury that had been subject to a compulsory purchase order for construction of the A49 Shrewsbury bypass. Owners applied for certificates of appropriate alternative development and SoS issued negative certificates. Owners alleged error and appealed. Appeal dismissed.
