Government faces high court action to prevent it demolishing a group of listed buildings in London. The DETR, Camden Council and London Underground are being asked to explain why they want to use legislation passed to speed up the Channel Tunnel Rail Link to tear down the Victorian railway milk terminus at Kings Cross for an entirely different purpose.
