CA 12 April 2000. "R v North West Leicestershire DC and another, ex parte Moses". The Council granted planning permission for the extension of a runway, on which work began. The applicant then sought a judicial review contending that the council should have required an environmental statement before granting consent, and submitted that the court should grant relief. "Held" application dismissed.
