CA 30 March 2000. "Falmouth and Truro Port Health Authority v South West Water Ltd". The health authority received complaints about the respondent's sewage scheme and served an abatement notice. There was an application for a judicial review of the health authority's decision to serve the notice and a question as to whether the abatement notice was valid. The application was allowed and the authority appealed. "Held" appeal dismissed.
