From April 2000 the VOA will publicise local rolling two-year programmes for dealing with appeals against assessment. Programming will be directed by guidelines and code of practice. A programme will identify when all post-1 April 2000 proposals are to be considered and will reflect all properties within a VO area including specialist properties. A structure has been put in place through IRRV branches to act as consultative bodies through which all representations will be heard.
